The Indira Gandhi National Open University conducts various types of examinations all over the year. These are as follows : Term End Examinations (in month of June and December), Entrance Examination (for admission in various programmes), On-Demand Examination (on student’s request). The IGNOU Term End Examinations are conducted twice in an year in the months of June and December for most of the programmes. The IGNOU Term End Exam results are declared only after 45 days after the exams are conducted successfully. If the students want the early result of their exams, then they can apply for early declaration of the results. They need to fill up form for the early declaration of the term end exams.
